Elder Care Job in Delray Beach, Florida

we live in a 55 condo in delray beach fla. . the development is Palm Greens and we are in condo 1. we have had wind chimes since we live here in august of 2016. in January 0f 2017 our neighbor next door has been contacting the board of directors saying our chimes are keeping them awake, they only make a sound if it is a windy night or day. however, we have moved them 4 times and also put tape around the chime area to keep the chimes from being loud should they begin to move. also, this neighbor has trespassed on our property and inside our patio to leave us threatening letters and also the board . also, the head of maintance named Doug actually took it upon himself to Remove our chimes and he also went into our patio (which Is screened and enclosed) to put them there. our neighbor is a rentor and has been asked to move from another development called Kings Point ( so we have been told) these are nuisance nasty people,.. please have someone contact us. thankyou . I also received another letter yesterday 3-29-17 if we don't remove our chimes we will be fined daily a fee. when it is not windy these chimes to not move at all.. in fact for the last few days they have been silent.. 561-503-..., thankyou, Michele Mauro.
