Elder Care Job in Dyer, Indiana

My mother is 82 y/o and has osteoarthritis pretty bad. She's been treated for several compression fractures and finds it difficult to get in and out of the tub for a shower. So, a couple times a week she could use help with simple care. Dad is 88 y/o and he is more mobile, but he hurt his back and has had surgeries, so he isn't able to help mom all the time. They could also use help with light housework and errands, such as a bit of grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions. It would be best to find a local care provider with some flexibility. My folks are warm people ( I know they're my parents), but everyone feels that way about them. Up until now, we (their kids) have taken turns doing what they need. But now, they need a little more help and we all still work, so it is difficult.
