Having worked with seniors for almost 30 years, my knowledge and experience is very diverse. I have experience with housekeeping, meal preparation,pet care,gardening, yard work, light house maintenance, companionship, assisting with daily exercises and routines. Over the past 14 years, I gained knowledge working with clients who have cognitive impairments and loss of body strength so assisted them with home projects, baths, dressing, appointments, using wheelchairs and walkers.
