Elder Care Job in Morongo Valley, California

Our family is seeking care for two elders, my grandmother and great uncle who live in remote area of Morongo, CA. Need in home care/visits 3-4 times per week to assist with shopping, transportation to medical appointments, meal preparation, bathing, medication reminders and general well being check ups. The primary person who needs care is my Uncle. He falls easily and has early dementia (although he still still very alert and aware). His major physical issue is unsteady gait and incontinence. We are willing to pay more since there is two elders.
