Elder Care Job in Fairfax, Vermont

We are looking for an older woman or man to be a companion, hopefully working into a friendship, for my 91 yr old father who lives by himself in his own home. He needs someone to visit every day for a few hours, perhaps taking him for a drive, or just sitting on his deck to talk. We would like caregiver to be familiar with a loss of a loved one to dementia, because that is what he is going through. He is very lonely, wants to remain in his home, and his daughters live far away. URGENT - we need someone as soon as possible.
