Elder Care Job in Newark, Delaware

I am searching for a caregiver that can stay overnight. I really need someone with a medical background due to the dementia. My mother is mobile and can bath herself. I need someone that is a comfort keeper and can prepare meals i our home. I need on a as needed basis for respite vacations (no more then 1-4 nights) and want her to be familiar with the caregiver before they are needed.
