Elder Care Job in Dickson, Tennessee

Hi, my father has Parkinson's Disease, and I and my wife care for him. We're looking for someone reliable to help care for him for a few hours on weekends. His disease has affected his body, and he can no longer walk and needs someone to change him and help clean him. I typically do this, but we would like someone more permanent who can care for him when we are out of the house. He has a touch of dementia, but for the most part he is still sharp and can hold a good conversation.
