91 year old female recently discharged from hospital. Has had issues with mobility. Decreased mobility because of arthritis. Requires aid with activities of daily living both basic and instrumental. She needs help with: bathing (to get to shower), accessing toilet (to go get to bathroom and leave bathroom), dressing, and food preparation. She will require aid mobilizing to minimize any risks of developing bed sores. She developed a small bed sore due to immobility while in hospital. She will also require aid with light cleaning. Speak little English. Italian speaking caregiver preferential, however, not required.
