Elder Care Job in Cardston, Alberta

My dad is 87 and had a stroke in 2009 and is in a wheelchair and my mom is 85 and doesn't get around good. The person we are looking for MUST be clean, I mean my mom will want you to wash your hands a lot and to keep them clean while taking care of my father and preparing meals. Duties are Taking care of dad, getting him up if he feels like doing so, bathing him, preparing meals, cleaning the home, laundry, dishes, etc... We have one other person right now and the days will be divided between the two of you. You will be paid through an accountant hired by the government and the pay is set as to there amount, which I believe is around $17.50 per hour and 10 plus hour a days. we are looking for a person who is a non smoker and drinker and neat in appearance. The ideal person will love music and sing to and with my father as he likes music and still tries to sing.
