Elder Care Job in Winchester, Virginia

Seeking a facility to monitor my Brothers health and assure correct and timely administering medications. He sometimes forgets which and when. Very infrequent passing out but need assistance when it happens. No medical assistance in almost all cases. Just making sure he hasn't hurt himself if he falls. His only income is Social Security. Don't know if he qualifies for Medicaid but probably does so he will need financial assistance. He has insurance but not long term care I don't think. Would appreciate any assistance or information on a different direction we should take.
