Elder Care Job in Wirtz, Virginia

My brothers and I are seeking to hire an experienced elder care provider for our 92 year old mother and 52 year sister (who has down syndrome). Both are in very good health are function well around the home. My brothers and I do not live in the Rocky Mt. area, therefore we need an individual who has a flexible schedule to coordinate with other care providers that we have hired to support our mother and sister both days and some nights. We are willing to pay competitive salaries, but can not compete with the fees charged by the larger, more well established caregivers. Our mother and sister are mobile and excellent communicators. The care provider will need to have them own transportation.
