I have worked in many nursing homes , been out of it for 6 years now , an now im back to give people what they deserve , witch is quality care .
In nursing homes CNA,S get burned out do to call outs . when people call out they have to find people to stay an not many stay , but i always stayed ,cause the elderly need some one they can count on .
