Elder Care Job in San Francisco, California

I am looking for a mature, caring person who has experience with administering insulin and checking blood sugar to care for my mom. My mother's diabetes can run high or low, but mostly it is in range. It is important that her caretaker knows what to do when the sugar runs high and what to do when the sugar runs low. It is also important to be able to recognize the warning signs of a low sugar count. Experience with baselines and sliding scales is a must. My mother is also on Coumadin. Light house keeping and meal preparation is part of the position too.
