I have worked in Nursing Homes as an Activity Specialist, Assistant Director of Therapeutic Recreation since 2000, caring for the elderly with Alzheimer's and Dementia. For the last 10 months I have worked as a private Personal Care-giver/Companion for an 88 year old man with Dementia. Unfortunately, he had to be hospitalized and is now waiting to be placed in a Skilled Nursing Facility. I am currently unemployed and able to begin work immediately.
