Premier Home Health Care has immediate CNA openings in several locations. We have been in business for over 20 years and are now providing agency staffing, as well as in-home health care. We are looking for reliable and experienced CNAs to join our team. We offer competitive weekly pay and travel time to all employees. We offer paid time off to full time employees after a 90 day probationary period. We offer health insurance to full time employees after a 90 day probationary period and during open enrollment. Further information regarding this will be distributed by our payroll office after the employee becomes qualified, near the time for open enrollment. Job Description Provide companionship to elderly and/or disabled individuals either in the home or in a facility; while also assisting with personal care (bathing/hygiene, grooming, toileting, mobility), homemaker chores (meals, dishes, cleaning, laundry, shopping/errands, essential correspondence), and respite.The direct care worker maintains accurate daily records to be submitted weekly to receive a pay check. The caregiver must have reliable transportation to and from work, which includes functionality, fuel and valid insurance whenever applicable. All employees will adhere to state guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, and will provide the office with an updated availability schedule monthly.
