I am a licensed practical nurse seeking employment. I have been doing home care for 10 years, and have extreme passion for hospice patients but not limited to. There are many different reasons why I chose/prefer home care, but one that stands out the most to me is the undivided attention given to my clients, as well as the amount of care given in a timely fashion. Working in ones home gives me ample time to focus specifically on one needs, which allows for accurate, and professional nursing presentation. I am also able to provide transportation to Dr. Appointments / errands!! Other duties include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, odds and ends. I will also create a nursing care plan to focus on the patient personal needs. I can provide professional references, multiple nursing awards, resume, as well as my nursing license. I have a widespread knowledge on different age groups and diagnosis. There's no limit to my availability and will be available to work on holidays!!
