I began working with Shantelese during her senior year of high school. The first thing I noticed about her was her passion for helping. On numerous occasions, we would sit together and map out how she would accomplish her career goals - school, licensure, jobs, anything and everything that would help her get where she wanted to be. The second thing I noticed was how hard she worked at getting what she wanted. She was determined to be her best person her senior year, and she hit that goal right out of the park. She was constantly working on something to better herself, whether it be academic or personal. I truly believe that Shantelese has all of the qualifications necessary to do her job the right way - honest, loving, caring, respectful, and a joy to talk and work with.
