Assisted clients with all types of personal care needs(esp. clients with dementia) in their daily living, taking vital signs, measuring intake and out put,using Health care plan. Prepared meals, administered bed side and medication as instructed, monitored their daily physical conditions, accompanied the clients on their therapy and doctors visits. Experienced in provided care and ensured safety of children, ensured the daily needs of the family were address, such as food, housekeeping and others.
