Elder Care Job in Shoreview, Minnesota

Have a mother and father living independently at Applewood pointe condo. Father is failing from congestive Heart failure, diabetes, and some dementia and needs assistance with transfers, toileting, bathing, meal preparation. He is essentially wheel chair bound but can walk short distances. He is 6 foot 2 and weights 240 lbs. Mother is also suffering from congestive heart failure but is independent in her needs but needs assistance with meal preparation and light house keeping. We are trying to put together a team to provide 24/7 care. Immediate need is for daytime assistance (6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ) but likely will need more night time assistance. Need ASAP. Must be competent, compassionate, reliable.
