Elder Care in Marion, New York

Hi, My name is Crystal and i am looking for something a little better than where i have been. I have my CNA certification along with 14 months experience working with the elderly. I am charismatic, energetic, hard working, and i love making people feel good about themselves. I like to push my residents to do what they can do, and i will step in where they can't, or when what they can do seems to be to much at times. I have found that it gives them some independence and their dignity stays intact as much as possible. I have a little experience with ASL, though i speak it a little better than understand it, however i can get the point someone is making.
