Position Available: Full-time employment opportunity with live-in accommodations for a male [48 years old] with a physical disability. Accepting resumes from female caregivers only. Essential Requirements: I hope to find an individual who will reflect the qualities of reliability, patience, and understanding of my condition. As this is a long-term employment opportunity, loyalty and honesty are also essential requirements. Salary: Monthly salary of $2100 with regular scheduled hours (plus vacation and holiday payments). Payroll deductions will be applied. Payment is by cheques only, in a bi-weekly schedule. Individual room will be provided along with other accommodations. Job will be insured by WSIB. Location: Woodbridge [Highway 27 & Rutherford] Area is very calm, with a large park and river. Job Description: This job requires assistance in my daily needs. These include: personal care, transferring, lifting [assisted with a power lift], g-tube feeding, exercises, light housekeeping. Training will be provided by a current part-time caregiver.
