Assist client with light house keeping, cooking, shopping, making grocery list and helped provide a well balanced meal. Daily task also included assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing and overal personal hygene. Followed individual service plans on each client in regard to client care. These included, but not limited to, recording individual functional activities and changes or concerns of clients daily living. Charted goals, training, emotional dispositions, medical issues and client general well being. Maintained very detailed care logs on each individual. CNA, MA1, CPR, First Aid Certification and Med trained.
