We hope to find a live-in caregiver that will be able to provide companionship and non-skilled care services like meal preparation, help with bathing and dressing, going to the bathroom, light housekeeping, etc. My mother has just started with dementia, she is mobile with a walker but has very little strength after a prolonged stay in the hospital. She has a 6 lb. dog that she will need help with too. She has lived independently up until 2 weeks ago but she can no longer drive and we have been told that cognitively she can no longer live on her own.
