Hello, My name is Jenny. I am a 24-year-old licensed social worker who works at the hospital. I am moving part time in my job for more flexibility in doing the things I love. In the past, I have had my EMT certification and worked at Sanford Hospital as a rehab aide. In that position, I spent a large majority of my time caring for those who needed some extra assistance; such as transferring, ambulating, getting dressed/groomed, and eating. I also assisted with range of motion exercises. While in school, I volunteered for a long-term care facility called Neilson Place. I just loved getting to know these residents better than I could as a rehab aide. I would love to use my new flexibility in hours to be a caregiver/companion/support for your loved one.
