Elder Care Job in Arlington, Virginia

My parents living with me in my home in Arlington. My father is healthy at 84, my mother has Alzheimer's. For the past year, we have had a housekeeper/elder caregiver 7 hours per day from 11am to 6pm during the week, to make meals for both of my parents and to help my mother, who is physically healthy but needs help with eating and toileting. Meals can be simple. There is no bathing or medicine management - we take care of those things ourselves. We would like to hire someone who is gentle and kind and experienced with Alzheimer's patients. We have a small child (a 6-year old boy) and a dog, so are looking for someone who is okay with children and dogs in the house.
