Hello, I'm Jennie, a 48 year old, healthy woman with over 20 years of experience caring for the elderly. I am intelligent and have a great sense of humor, which I find helpful in every aspect of my life. I have been a CNA and was an LVN where I learned the clinical aspects of how to care for the medical needs of my patients. My nature is to care for others and I find it immensely satisfying to help people get better, stronger and have a greater quality of life. I am proactive in engaging my patients in all types of activities. Whether its games or outings, exercise, hobbies or range of motion, I have seen the benefits of keeping active. I am also a massage therapist and use those skills to keep my patients flexible, relaxed and in less pain. This also allows me to provide skin care needs more readily. I'm very good at what I do, and have helped several patients recover from stroke, surgeries, heart attacks, etc... I hope to find a long-term position with someone who can use my skills to get stronger, do more, and be happier as a result. As I get older myself, I see the nerds of my patients more clearly.
