I have a great respect for our seniors and would enjoy helping with every day activities to make life easier and more enjoyable for seniors and for those who worry about them. I have taken first aid and CPR, a food safety course, an exercise course for frail seniors, and an on-line course for how to work with seniors afflicted with alzheimers . I would like to provide companionship and I will do light household cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping, organizing, and watering plants.
