Elder Care Job in Calgary, Alberta

Hello caregivers. We are looking for a kind and caring person to travel with us to Kananaskis Country over the June 6-8 weekend and Saskatchewan over the July long weekend. You would travel with us by car and provide primary companionship and care for my mom who is partially paralyzed and in a wheelchair. She would need assistance with transfers, dressing, toileting, bathing (if required; likely not), grooming, administering medicine and daytime activities. We will pay for a daily rate and would require you to stay in the same room as my mom with additional support from either my brother and or myself (and family) for transfers and holistically managing her care. We are a loving family unit with a good sense of humour who work together to make my mom\'s life meaningful.
