Elder Care Job in Montreal, Quebec

Hello, We are looking for an experienced, patient and caring caregiver for our mother who is 78 yrs old and semi autonomous. Our mother lives in a very nice neighborhood of CSL near Decarie Sq. near metros and buses. She is anglophone but speaks French as well. We would like the person to work betw. 35-40 hrs a week if possible. Weekends can be possible as well and salary is negotiable, Main tasks will be preparing meals, helping getting washed and dressed, cleaning and laundry and taking her out for walks. Very little medication required. Our mother is very easy to live with, she is very kind and loves to talk about food, travelling, American politics… animals..and art. But will be rare. Ideally from approx. 8 am - 6 or 7 pm or later if the person wants to work more than 40 hrs/week. Could include a few hours on wkds if the person is interested. Insurance and va kgroynd check would be ideal and a few references plse. My mother is Tyler vaccinated and has her booster shots, we ask that the provided be vaccinated too and wear a mask most of the time.
