As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) you will have a positive impact by helping those who need it the most. As an LNA working in an assisted living facility you will be assisting residents with activities of daily living. You will also be assisting the licensed nurse to assure that the highest degree of quality nursing care is rendered to all residents at all times. You would also maintain the residents confidentiality and privacy so that they are treated with dignity and respect at all times.
