Elder Care Job in New Castle, Delaware

I will be having Cartaract Surgery soon and will need transportation to and from appointments (possible four or five days). I live in New Castle near Route 13 and 40 Split and appointments will be on Foulk Road Wilmington. Two days for right eye (Surgery and follow-up). Two week later for left eye (Surgery and follow-up). The date for the appointments have not been scheduled at this point.
