What We're Looking For: Our Home Care Agency is recruiting for team members in Houston Texas and surrounding areas that are Dedicated, Caring, Loving, Loyal, Reliable, Punctual and Proactive. Our ideal candidates should have experience working with seniors and are flexible with availability as Part-time, Full-time, On call, Overnight, Weekend, Live-in, Float pool. Details: Our Agency provides Non-Medical in-home care to clients from all walks and stages of life. Some clients might have medical conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, MS, Cancer, or normal aging hence, patience is paramount. Non-Medical duties consist of but is not limited to light home cleaning, hygiene care, meal preparation or cooking, accompanying to appointments, companionship, activities such as arts and crafts, exercises, board/card games to maintain good mental health, incontinent care. Candidates should have at minimum 1 year of professional experience, have a valid DLs and SS card, and consent to a background screening. Additional Availability: Holidays extra pay Pay range: $10-15 p/h Pay weekly, Semi-Monthly (1st &15th) and $1,000 sign on bonus with stipulations to be discussed before hire. Not all cases offer sign on bonus.
