Elder Care Job in Kansas City, Missouri

I'm looking for companion care for my grandmother in her 80s. My grandmother lives with my stepfather and his partner but they travel and are busy so I usually do laundry and visit twice a week. I am now expecting and will not be able to take care of my grandma's laundry or other small tasks. She has her own space in the house and is mostly self sufficient. She functions well cognitively so someone to talk to as well as do very small tasks would be helpful. She speaks three languages, English, German and Spanish. There are pets in the house, one small dog and four cats that are not intrusive. There will be very little interaction with the pets.
