Elder Care Job in Sharonville, Ohio

Seeking a compassionate care provider for my 88-year-old mother, who has her own private living space in my Sharonville home. I work from home and need someone to care for her Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Responsibilities include mobility assistance (using a gait belt), personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing), light meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping in her space, and occasional errands or transportation for activities like shopping, lunch, or salon visits (car provided for job-related travel). Pay starts at $20/hour, increasing to $21/hour after 3 months' probation period and $22/hour after 6 months' probation period. Federal holidays are paid/time and a half if worked. We have two dogs/two guinea pigs, but no pet care required. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, intuitive, and loves working with the elderly.
