I'm an
Individual
Meet resident at Assisted Living Facility. Ride the transport bus with the resident who is in a wheelchair. Push wheelchair to Doctor appt., and wait in the waiting area .
Phone transport bus when person is finished with appt., and ride the bus back to Assisted Living.
There will be approximately 2- 3 appts per month
