Elder Care Job in Memphis, Tennessee

I am looking for someone who will provide excellent care, and motivate my dad to be more active. Daddy is very easy going, but will require encouragement. Caregiver must have valid CPR and First Aid certification, be motivated, caring, and use good judgement. It is expected for the worker to arrive on time, and be committed to work the agreed upon shift. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with over ten years verifiable experience, who is familiar with Parkinson's patients, and understand schedule variations have dire consequences. Currently I am actively hiring (2 people) for the following shifts: ~ 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday; weekends when necessary ~ Saturday morning 9am to 3pm, Sunday morning 9am to 3pm and Sunday night 6pm to 10pm (The weekend shift is a split shift and the hours can't be changed) Please only respond if you meet the requirements, and are willing to work the stated shifts.
