She is trying to access a long term care insurance policy that she has been paying into for many years, and they require that the caregiver or the agency they work for is licensed. She is currently receiving services through an agency that doesn't have the availability that she needs. Service Requirements: My friend would benefit from personal care, cooking, cleaning, bathing.
