Elder Care Job in Port Moody, British Columbia

I am is seeking a full-time, live-in elder care provider to assist with home care for my colleague who has Alzheimers. The ideal candidate will have experience in bathing, nursing care, and providing personal care to seniors. I am willing to pay a minimum of $22.00 hourly for the services or a negotiable flat fee for services, plus room and board. Additional assistance will be provided 3 days per week to cover for you to go out and shop and do errands. The primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, laundry, shopping, meal preparation , as well as providing companionship and emotional and physical support. Additionally, the care provider will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the elder , while also allowing him to maintain his independence and dignity.
