I'm an
Individual
Companion to accompany client who suffers from Alzheimer\'s, on weekly golf outing (3 hours) and to be in attendance in home two or more days ( 3-6 hours) when caregiver is out.
(i) Require companion to accompany client on a weekly golf outing (9 holes) and after finishing, to assist in showering and changing for dinner
(ii) require companion to be present for up to six hours a day, 2-3 days a week
