Elder Care Job in Lethbridge, Alberta

We are looking for a live-in Caregiver/ Disability Support Worker to assist a young adult woman in "living her life" by providing personal care, rehabilitation support and companionship. Worker must be compassionate, enthusiastic and desire to encourage client to maximize her potential, promote independence and support quality of life. Duties include: -Providing full personal care -Provide mobility support and standing transfers -Support and assist with rehabilitation program under the supervision of therapists and instructors -Assist and accompany during daily activities -Provide companionship and emotional support -Accompany to healthcare appointments -Light housekeeping duties and meal preparation -Planning, scheduling and documentation
