Elder Care Job in North York, Ontario

We are looking for a caring FEMALE personal caregiver for a wheelchair bound senior lady. Work entails full time dedicated passionate care for her safety and recovery from disability and mobility issues. To act as much like in close family setting, the caregiver to provide comfort and safety by gentle handling and sincere care. She must be physically fit and strong to handle movements with utmost care. Trained to transfers from bed to wheelchair and vice-versa. Administer medicine from pharmacy bristol packs. To look after her routines /meals preparation/ feeding as needed. Some cooking. Kitchen and pantry management. Hygienic approach in most activities like 'Cleaning' and household work. Regular 8 hours work / 5 to 6 days per week. Pleasant and caring behaviour. Dedicated and service oriented, Some skills like Physio Therapy would be considered a plus. Ability to learn.
