Description:
Hey my name is Robert. I'm interviewing an elderly support worker working in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I'm aiming to find a wonderful individual who has full time availability and able to stay overnight.
My mother is very capable and highly intelligent. She is having some memory issues and needs someone to be in the house. She is very capable but would prefer she does not drive.
A good candidate should have elder care experience, be patient, good communicator, good driver, and be willing to work as much as 12 hour days.
