Elder Care Job in Bonham, Texas

My name is Tina Trudeau my elder mother, Claudine Wiley live in Bonham. My mother and I are looking for someone to help her with transportation to her doctors and be present in the visit to relay the doctors information back to me. I live in Virginia and unable to help her. She needs light duty cleaning of her apartment at Main Manor in Bonham, Tx and putting her medications in her pill box and helping keep up with her doctors appointments and taking her to doctors appointments. She does have dementia! She needs someone every two weeks and when she has doctors appointments. Mom is still pretty well independent except her memory is not good.
