Elder Care Job in Chicago, Illinois

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Chicago (Southwest side, Marquette Park area) as well as housekeeping. Responsibilities for my mother will include: -Bathing my mother (from bed) - Getting my mother dressed - Getting my mother into her chair (we have an electric Hoyer lift) - Changing bed linens Cleaning responsibilities will include: - Keeping the kitchen tidy (we have a dishwasher) - Keeping the bathroom tidy - 2 Bedrooms, Den, Dining Room (hardwood floors, dusting, etc) - Laundry (Basement level washer/dryer) We may (very infrequently) need help with transporting my mother to her dialysis appointments using our vehicle so an active driver's license is helpful (though this is an option responsibility, so not required). We have a handicapped van, with a ramp (so she just rides into the vehicle and needs to be buckled in). The dialysis center is about 10-15 minutes from our home. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets (we have a senior dog) and fully Covid vaccinated.
