Our 86 yr.old father fell and sustained a head injury 6 weeks ago .He was discharged from Victoria Hospital yesterday to the Diamond House care home in Warman.Although he has improved significantly he remains slightly confused at night and tries to get up to the bathroom on his own creating a major fall risk..... family and I are seeking a compassionate caregiver to sit with him at night to offer reassurance,perhaps assist him to the bathroom with his walker and alert the nursing staff when necessary .
