Elder Care Job in Fort Wayne, Indiana

My mother is 91, has macular degeneration, has nerve problems in her leg and has a hard time getting around. She walks on a walker and has lately mentioned she gets dizzy spells. She is strong willed and does not want to go to a nursing home, and we don't want her to go there either if she doesn't have to. My brother and I take care of her and we still will, but we can't go over there everyday so I was thinking of someone to check on her a few days a week, clean her apartment some see how she is doing and if she needs anything. Also she use to go to the grocery but it is really too hard now so I was thinking I would order her groceries online and we would need someone to pick them up and help her put them away.
