Elder Care Job in Rio Vista, California

My dad is 80 years old. He is a survivor of prostrate cancer which has left him with urinary incontinence. Recently, doctors found cancer in his esophagus. He has had trouble eating, drinking, and taking meds for about a year now causing him to lose 60 lbs. He had surgery to add a feeding tube to help him get nourishment. He has to clean and use the feeding tube multiple times a day. In his weak state, he is finding the process difficult. He is due for radiation and chemo soon, but then he came down with a urinary tract infection. He is now feeling quite ill. He has a girl friend who lives with him, but she has issues with mobility. He has spent different periods in the hospital due to dehydration. I need someone to help him with the tube feeding, clean the tube and surrounding area, and check on his health. Going back and forth between Rio Vista and Antioch is becoming very difficult for him. I live in Concord.
