Elder Care Job in Montreal, Quebec

Kind and caring live-in caregiver wanted for a wheelchair-bound woman in her 70s in Verdun. Responsibilities include washing, dressing, moving to wheelchair with an electric lift, medication, meal prep, help with exercises, laundry and housework. She needs help in the morning to get out of bed, in the afternoon for her nap, and in the evening around dinner / bedtime, but there is lots of free time in between these tasks. You would have your own private furnished room. Located in a safe and pleasant area of Verdun, close to public transit, bike paths, and the waterfront (Verdun Beach). Perfect for a newcomer to Montreal looking for a place to stay and a job. No experience necessary. Full training provided. No pets. Non-smoking household. Must be able to work legally in Canada, we cannot pay under the table. Possibility for two people to share the hours. Good for students. All are welcome to apply.
