Elder Care Job in Ridgeway, Ontario

My mother had an accident with an injury to her eye. She had an operation and was in the hospital for a short stay. Now she is home she has to have eyedrops four times a day. As my brother and I both work full time (and he has a second job as well) we are finding this hard to do. She has PARAMED come in the mornings for an hour but they are not allowed to administer drops apparently. My brother and I can make it there for a couple of the times to do the drops but not all of them. Is this a type of thing that can be done? How much is it an hour? Thank you.
