Elder Care Job in Brechin, Ontario

Care for 97 year old. She’s surprisingly independent. Provide meds,; prepare and provide meals and snacks, and plenty of liquids. Provide companionship. (A PSW comes in 3 days per week, so no bathing or intimate care required). Laundry for her; light housekeeping. (Keep washroom/toilet area clean) Looking for an individual experienced in caring for elderly with dementia. She is Legally blind due to macular degeneration. She walks with a walker and typically sleeps through the night. Enjoys playing ‘Go Fish’ (card game), listens to music on her iPad, and loves to spend her days on the porch enjoying the sun.. For the right person, this could be a lovely opportunity. Private bedroom with TV. Private bathroom. We live on the lake.
